Workshop on improving the vehicle inspection and claims process
- AIAG M-22: OEM level working group to discuss add/subtract/edit/delete to the existing 2023 version; act as a subcommittee to be able to report back to the AIAG M-22 working group the “OEM Recommendations” of changes
- Assign DRI’s & DTG’s for various takeaways
- Inception of automated vehicle imaging systems and their role in identifying source of damage, responsible parties, and overall claim adjudication (even if there isn’t a transmitted inspection or damage codes – just photo/video evidence)
- Likely, results of this will feed back into the overall M-22 discussion
- Focus on Damage Prevention:
